Doing Breakfast in Reno and Truckee

We spend a lot of time talking about the great sandwiches here at Full Belly Deli in Reno and Truckee. So imagine our embarrassment when we realized that we’ve basically overlooked an entire meal category. Because, as many of you know, Full Belly Deli also serves breakfast. And not to overstate things, but we’re doing breakfast in Reno and Truckee like nobody’s business.

The Usual Suspects – And Then Some

Can you even call yourself a breakfast joint if you aren’t dishing up some kind of breakfast sando? We’re not sure, but our guess is no way. Our version – the B’fast Sando – is what breakfast sandwiches should be. From the perfectly scrambled eggs and cheddar to your choice of black forest ham, bacon, sausage or chorizo, all toasted up on your choice of bread, this thing is hot and delicious. Make it a little spicier with the B’fast Burrito, which combines the same scrambled eggs and cheddar with green chiles, sour cream and salsa, plus your choice of protein. So good.

We have a loaded quesadilla and the usual line up of bagels – the good kind, chewy and flavorful – in an assortment of flavors and spread options:

  • Butter
  • Cream cheese
  • Cranberry cream cheese
  • Hummus

You know, the classics. And then we go standard FBD mode with a few out-of-the-box options. First up – green eggs and ham. Scrambled eggs, pesto (aha!), black forest ham and Swiss cheese get cozy on your choice of fresh bread – and it’s amazing. We also have the GNAR burrito – one of those customer fave items. Between the dry rubbed try-tip, pepperjack cheese, green chiles, hash brown, southwest south and a fried egg, this is an incredible way to start your day.

If You Eat Breakfast…

You probably don’t need us to remind you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So start things off with some good grub in your belly. If you’re in Reno or Truckee, we’re doing breakfast at Full Belly Deli six days a week. And we promise, it’s worth setting that alarm clock.
